Parthenonas is a quaint, old settlement. It is an ideal place for a day trip. You can access the village by car, bike or on foot from Neos Marmaras, the main tourist resort of Sithonia. Once there, enjoy various interesting opportunities. Some of them are in relation to the village itself. Others take you further up along the trails of Mount Itamos.

The road is 5 kilometers long. It passes through olive groves and taller trees at the somewhat higher altitude. If you are comfortable with biking or walking along the road, take the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the area in full.
On foot, you shouldn’t need more than 1-2 hours to reach the village from the resort of Neos Marmaras.
